The Prada Timecapsule NFT Collection launches today. Each drop in the collection includes both a physical product alongside an NFT. 

Here's what we know: 

• Prada Timecapsule NFTs are a limited edition collection of shirts that come with a corresponding NFT.

• The NFTs serve as an invitation to join Prada's exclusive Crypted NFT community on Discord.

H&M launches Loooptopia, a gaming event on Roblox. Users can skate through Loooptopia City, Rainbooow Fields, Neon Studiooo and Fabric Fooorest to collect col(o?)orful elements for designing their own virtual wardrobe.

Here's what we know: 

• With H&M Loooptopia, players can have fun creating their next virtual garment on Roblox.

• The metaverse is an innovative experience packed with immersive environments, social interactions, mini-games, alternate words, events and more.

• Users can experiment with social identity and learn about fashion in a fun, social way.

• Once the avatars make friends, they can swap clothes and take selfies.

• Avatars can also recycle old clothes in return for a new wardrobe and other rewards.

Malibu Pours Into New Web3 Initiatives

The Absolut Company applied to trademark its most loved Caribbean rum, "Malibu", for use in the metaverse and NFT space.

Michael Kondoudis, an attorney specializing in Web3-related trademarks and applications, took to Twitter to share the good news: 

Here's what we know: 

• The application was filed with the USPTO on December 27.

• The company intends to offer virtual alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, NFTs, mobile app software and virtual bars, and restaurants for home deliveries.

• The other plan is to launch an NFT marketplace for digital media and virtual assets.

• Last year, Moet and Jack Daniel’s also filed for registration to enter the metaverse and the NFT space.

Niecon, one of Australia's most established million-dollar property developers, has partnered with Xillion's (XIL) NFT All Set real estate platform.

Here's what we know: 

• Niecon and All Set will tokenize numerous villas by minting over 10,000 NFTs for each villa.

• The sale will occur on the All Set website, and users will need to use their wallets to buy NFTs.

• There is no limit on the number of NFTs that a user can purchase.

• After purchasing an NFT, users can sell or exchange it at any time without any permissions or approvals.

• All NFT holders are to receive rental income.

• Users can choose to purchase the entire property or a fraction of it.
