Azuki and Magic Eden Release NFT-Backed Hoodies

Azuki and Magic Eden have joined forces to launch a ‘Satoshi Nakamoto Enduro Hoodie’—a dual-chain NFT product represented on both the Bitcoin and Ethereum blockchains.

  • These exclusive hoodies, inspired by Bitcoin’s creator Satoshi Nakamoto, are limited to 98 pieces and available to holders of Azuki’s ‘Spirits’ NFTs.

  • Each hoodie has an embedded chip that allows the owner to scan and mint a corresponding NFT on Ethereum, providing proof of ownership and authenticity, and includes a Bitcoin Ordinals inscription.

  • Leveraging Azuki’s Physical Backed Token (PBT) technology, which is compliant with the Ethereum Improvement Proposal EIP-5791 standard, ensures decentralized on-chain verification and pairs it with physical ownership.

  • The design emphasizes ease in collecting and trading artifacts through Ethereum Virtual Machine programming and secures permanent art inscriptions on Bitcoin’s blockchain.
