According to data from DappRadar, the NFT market boomed in February, hitting $2 billion in trades, marking a 117% jump! March saw a tiny dip, but here's the twist: 69% of trades were driven by Blur!

Here's What We Know:

  • Blur is dominating the NFT sphere, contributing $1.35 billion worth of Ethereum NFT trades in March alone.

  • The marketplace's reward token launch in mid-February contributed to mass flipping by "whale" traders.

  • Consequently, debates over wash trading activity continue, following the platform relying heavily on token rewards.

  • OpenSea still maintains the lead for having unique wallets. However, trading volume has dropped from $586 million in February to $424 million in March.
