Yuga Labs is demanding around $400K in $BTC, $ETH, and $PEPE held in crypto wallets belonging to influencer Jeremy Cahen (Pauly0x).

  • This action follows a court ruling that Cahen and artist Ryder Ripps infringed on Yuga Labs' Bored Ape Yacht Club trademark.

  • Yuga Labs accuses Cahen of disregarding the court's judgment by not paying the awarded damages (which totaled nearly $9M) and evading asset recovery efforts.

  • Court documents indicate Cahen allegedly moved nearly $400K in crypto after a levy was issued to Gemini, suggesting an attempt to avoid seizure.

  • Beyond the NFT case, Cahen is also reportedly wanted by Puerto Rican authorities for aggravated assault.
